Ingredients:
1 Portion of Pasta
1/3 Cup of Cooked Chickpeas
1/3 Cup of Frozen Peas
2 Kale Leaves (chopped)
1 Large Scoop of Pesto
1 Tbsp of Lemon Zest
Step 1
Cook pasta, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Add chickpeas, peas and chopped kale to pan and steam sauté on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until peas are cooked.
Step 3
Add pesto, pasta and half of the lemon zest and cook for another minute, stirring everything together.
Step 4
Serve in a large bowl with remaining lemon zest sprinkled over.
