Summer Salmon

We love fish year round, but grilled fish in the summer may be one of the best dinners. This recipe is super simple and delicious!

Ingredients:

2lbs of Wild Salmon (we love the Copper River if its in season)

Olive Oil

Kosher Salt

Black Pepper

Cabbage Slaw:

Small Head of Organic Purple Cabbage

Olive Oil

Half a Lemon (Juiced)

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

Cedar Plank (soak in water for an hour pre-grill)

Step 1

Drizzle olive oil over the entire piece of salmon.

Step 2

Season the fish with kosher salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Place the fish on cedar plank and grill on med heat. Cover the grill. Cook until the salmon is uniformly pink in the center.

Step 4

Add lemon to taste.

Cabbage Slaw:

Step 1

Shred cabbage.

Step 2

Season with olive oil, lemon, sea salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Toss to coat and enjoy with salmon!
