Goal Setting Method

It’s a new year and that means we’re in a #goalsetting mindset! Without goals, a clear path is missing. The act of goal setting is more about moving with purpose than the actual goal achievement.

Writing something down improves the brain's ability to store and put into motion ideas, which is why putting pen to paper when it comes to goals is super important.

Today we are sharing our favorite Goal Setting Method:

Goal Brainstorming Sesh
Find a quiet place. Then think about your dreams-what you want to do, accomplish, experience..

Write down as many of these dreams as you can- these become your goals. These may be health, family, career, nutrition, travel focused, or anything else that moves you. THINK BIG here!

Prioritize
Go through the list and decide which are the most important, most loved, and put in the order that you will actually try to attain them.

•Make sure goals are SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-based)

Accountability
Share these with someone who can be that partner to hold you accountable to these goals-this is very powerful.

After setting goals, a big part of bringing these to life is to create a vision board. More on that to come.
