This Strawberry•Banana•Pineapple Smoothie has become one of our favorites for breakfast, or even a quick lunch on the go!

It is an excellent source of Vitamin C, antioxidant-rich, aids in digestion and helps lower inflammation.

This refreshing treat is super tasty and very lite- we try to keep it that way and avoid dairy and other ingredients like nut butters that are harder for the liver to process.

It is very simple to make with only 4 ingredients:

Strawberries (~1 1/4 cup)

Bananas (2)

Pineapples (~1 cup)

Water

If we’re in a #greenmood, we add a handful of spinach, or you can try kale!
